Personal Liaison Manager

The Personal Liaison Manager (PLM) is a central figure in Maybach, providing one-to-one support for each individual Maybach customer.

All of the PLMs are specialists able to satisfy any Maybach-related query or requirement.
They provide assistance right from the start and are available as long as necessary.
Each PLM takes confidential care of a privileged circle of Maybach customers, getting close, creating an exclusive relationship enabling them to understand exactly what each costumer
requires and expects.
The expert advice given by the PLMs in all matters relating to the saloon's design and appointments is indispensable in case of individual demands.

PLMs can accompany each customer, if they wish, to the Center of Excellence where, following extensive dialogue, the vehicle is perfectly tailored in line with the requirements of its future owner.
Once the car has been delivered, the PLM continues to be the essential liaison between
the costumer and Maybach, taking care, as an instance, of all the matters related to the vehicle’s maintenance and repair and coordinating the complete range of the services offered by Maybach.

The PLM will also be pleased to provide for customers a wide range of further services on demand, such as arranging a test drive, organising a visit to the Maybach Manufaktur production facility,
to the Mercedes-Benz Museum and the Classic Center, or ensuring upon request a transfer service
from the main railway station and the airport in Stuttgart, while for those staying overnight, they will arrange accommodation in selected luxury hotels.
